2. Shipping Fees and Pricing Rules

All product prices displayed on www.tikajdoo.com are final, and there are no hidden charges added at checkout, which fully applies to all shipping fee calculations as well. We offer free standard domestic shipping for all orders over 200 HRK across Croatia. For orders with a total value under 200 HRK, a flat low-rate shipping fee of 25 HRK will be applied automatically at checkout, with no additional surcharges for residential delivery, remote town delivery, or bulky small kitchen tool parcels.

For small cafes and hospitality businesses that place bulk orders through our custom quote service, we will calculate personalized, preferential bulk shipping fees based on your total order volume and delivery location, and list all shipping costs clearly in your custom quotation before you confirm the order. No unexpected hidden shipping costs will be added after you confirm your order.

3. Order Dispatch and Tracking Process

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, we will send you an automatic confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes your unique order number, the full list of items included in the parcel, and a dedicated real-time tracking link from our partnered local Croatia logistics carrier. You can click this link anytime to view the latest status of your shipment, check the real-time location of your parcel, and confirm the estimated final delivery time.

Our packing team uses shockproof, environmentally friendly packaging materials for all kitchen tool orders, to make sure all items arrive at your door in perfect, undamaged condition. 4. Delivery and Receiving Rules

Our partnered logistics courier will make one pre-delivery phone call to your provided contact number before they visit your delivery address, to confirm that you are available to receive the parcel at the scheduled time. If no one is available at the delivery address at the first attempted delivery, the courier will leave a delivery notice with information about the nearest local pickup point, and you can collect your parcel with a valid identity document within 7 calendar days.

Before you sign for receipt of the parcel, we recommend that you perform a quick visual check on the outer packaging of your parcel. If you notice the outer packaging is severely damaged, torn, or shows obvious signs of being opened during transit, you have the right to request the courier to open the parcel together with you for inspection on site. If you find any items inside are damaged due to transit issues, you can refuse to sign for the parcel, and contact our support team immediately. We will arrange a full replacement shipment for all damaged items completely free of charge as soon as possible, and cover all associated reshipping costs.

5. Exceptional Shipping Circumstances

In very rare cases, unexpected factors such as major public health events, extreme severe weather, or temporary local logistics network disruptions may lead to a small delay in your shipment. If your order has not arrived after 5 full working days from its dispatch date, you can contact our support team with your order number, and we will track down your parcel within 24 hours, provide you with a full update on the situation, and arrange a solution that fully meets your expectations, whether that is a new replacement shipment, or a flexible adjusted delivery schedule.
